Horseshoe owl
The horseshoe owl is a great way for us blacksmiths to use up old and unusable horseshoes. This owl is made up of 2 horseshoes, 8mm bar and 2 washers for the eyes. I also reused the horseshoe nails as small toes, for extra detail! If you have a couple of small plants around the house, this will look great above them and will make you smile when you walk past. It’s about 400mm tall and 150mm wide and 150mm deep. This gives it a good stable base. It is coated in beeswax.
